No. Interventa can draft interview scorecards and summarise a candidate's own application materials as evidence for a reviewer, but a person must review and sign off on every AI output before it has any effect. The system will not advance or reject a candidate on its own.

CVs and video recordings are stored in private buckets and are only reachable through short-lived signed links, so a leaked URL stops working within the hour. Access is role-based, every meaningful action is written to an audit trail, recordings require explicit candidate consent, and you configure how long rejected or withdrawn candidate data is kept.
